Individual Giving combines the gifts of many to form a community of commitment.
Support the EV’s on-going programs with individual yearly gifts or recurring monthly donations. Donate Now
Coming Soon! Our new membership program will offer exciting benefits and programs for the entire family and keep you connected to the EV community. All donors and volunteers paying dues will be eligible for membership benefits when the program launches. You may also consider giving Gifts of Membership so recipients you designate receive membership benefits.
Help secure the EV’s future with contributions to the EcoCenter Capital Campaign.
This campaign has a special “limited engagement” and requires fundraising above and beyond our usual annual needs. The time frame is limited (but high-intensity!) and we are so grateful to donors who step up to make extra gifts during this extraordinary time. Naming opportunities and other types of recognition are available. Donate Now
Environmental Volunteers welcomes donations through bequests and charitable estate planning such as Charitable Gift Annuities, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Charitable Lead Trusts, Life Insurance, and other investment vehicles. You and your family can help secure the EV’s future while receiving philanthropic benefits consistent with your own financial goals. Through an estate plan, it is possible for you to support the EV during your lifetime, while making a future transfer of assets to your heirs at a substantially reduced cost of gift and estate taxes. With some planned giving vehicles, you and/or your beneficiaries can receive guaranteed income for life (or for a term of years). The EV will be pleased to work with you and your financial planner to ensure that your intentions are followed.
When you notify us that the Environmental Volunteers is a beneficiary of your estate plan, you are invited to become members of our Heritage Oaks Circle. The Heritage Oaks Circle was created to honor those who are committed to securing the EV’s future. Heritage Oaks member, Bob Dodge reflects, "I want to help ensure that the EV can continue long past my time with them. Although Mary and I give financially on an annual basis, I decided to make a bequest as a way of assisting the organization in the future, and as a way of saying 'thank you' to a wonderful group of people."
Members of the Heritage Oaks Circle receive the following benefits:
To join the Heritage Oaks Circle, please notify us that you have named the EV as a beneficiary in your planned giving. Please call Laurie (Lorelei) Rubin, Director of Development at (650) 961-0545 ext 334 or lorelei@EVols.org or fill out the online form for Planned Giving.
