S.N.A.K.E. Camp
S.N.A.K.E. Camp (Science and Nature Adventures for Kid Explorers), for campers entering grades 1-5
Grades 1-5: June 21-July 23, 2010. SNAKE Campers have fun learning about science and nature! Daily schedules will include engaging activities, exciting field trips, crafts, games, snacks and plenty of time for free play and meeting new friends.

Session 1: Build It! |
June 21-25 | Spend a week learning about all kinds of structures: bridges, forts, sandcastles and more! If you like to put things together—or take them apart—this week is for you! |
Session 2: Animal, Vegetable, Mineral | June 28-July 2 | A sampling of the best things on Earth! We’ll meet some animals, go berry picking, and even explore a cave and go rock climbing! |
Session 3: Wet, wet, wet! | July 5-9 | This week is all about water! We’ll play with water, learn about things that live in water and things that float on the water, and of course, go swimming! |
Session 4: Nature Detectives | July 12-16 | Follow clues to discover hidden treasure! We’ll have treasure hunts, follow animal tracks, and go on a geocaching expedition with real GPS units! |
Session 5: Take Flight! | July 19-23 | It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a SNAKE Camper! Join us as we learn about things that fly: birds, airplanes, kites, gliders, and even SNAKE Campers. We'll even include a day of safe indoor skydiving at iFly SF Bay so SNAKE Campers can learn to fly! |

Camp Information
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
All applications must include a $100 deposit for each camp session requested. If your application is accepted, the entire balance is due by June 1. Please be advised that if full payment is not received by June 1, your child may be dropped from the program and your deposit forfeited.
REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations prior to May 15th will be fully refunded. Cancellations after May 15th must be in writing and will be refunded (minus deposit) only if we are able to fill the canceled space. Sorry, no exceptions.
