Invoices are sent at the end of the month in which the service is provided. Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice.
Non-payment or late payment may affect your chances of receiving services in subsequent years.
It is the teacher's responsibility to ensure that fees are paid in a timely manner.
If your invoice is to be paid by another source (i.e. school district, school board, parents' assoc. or other group) please follow up to make sure your invoice is paid.
Teachers are sent an email informing them if they have been accepted for a service or placed on our waiting list. This notice will arrive before June 15th. Please contact Anita Rodriguez if you do not receive this notice.
EV docents are in the classroom to teach, not discipline. CA Law requires teachers remain in the classroom to supervise all classroom presentations.
On field trips, each class is divided into small groups of 8 children or less. Each group requires an adult chaperone provided by the school to assist with supervision.
Please advise all adults to dress for any outdoor activities. They will be expected to fully participate with their group.
Our docents are volunteers who donate their time and expertise to educate and inspire your students.
Although our docents participate in the scheduling of services, all other administrative aspects including billing are handled by our office staff.
If you have questions about the delivering of a school program, please contact an Anita Rodriguez.
