Due to a high demand for our services, we strongly recommend that you complete and submit your request as soon as possible after the signup process begins. This year you have two options for signing up: As an individual teacher; or as the representative of ALL teachers in your grade level. We recommend that you visit this site before the signup process begins and review the information here. We accept requests on a first come, first served basis.

No later than June 15th you will receive confirmation that your request has been accepted, or that you have been placed on the wait list. Make sure that we have an email address that is accessible year-round.

ALL items followed by an * must be filled out completely or your form will not be submitted.

Application for Service:

We thank you for being flexible. Each year, the EV receives significantly more Service Requests than we can possibly fulfill. Every effort is made to serve the maximum number of classrooms each year.

However, due to the finite number of volunteers and teaching materials, only a limited number of services can be provided in each subject monthly. We suggest that teachers applying for a service be flexible in their choices of both months and types of services requested. We recommend that you enter an alternate subject choice and alternate months. This will increase your chances of being served in the coming school year.
