Special Projects
Occasionally we have special projects where our volunteers can really help us out.
We currently need volunteers to help with:
Script updating—move our scripts into a standard format. If you have some time at home and are comfortable working in MS Word, contact Brittany for more information.
Wiki preparations—we need some final touches on a new docent only web area. This requires very light computer programming, which can be taught to someone comfortable on a computer. Contact Brittany for more information.
S.N.A.K.E. Camp leaders: Join the EV and some fantastic campers for SNAKE camp at Keys School in Palo Alto. We need EVs to present kits, lead hikes or act as chaperones.

Membership, TB Skin Test, & EV Clothing Orders
Now is your opportunity to renew your membership, update your “ways to participate” form and confirm your TB test status. Also, EV clothing is now available for order! Deadline for clothing order submission is October 15, 2007. Download the appropriate forms:

Wanting to review a script before going on a service? Need the contact information for a school? This docent only area has all this information and more. Contact the office if you have forgotten the password.
Sign up for services
The best way to sign up for services is to come to an area meeting. South County meets the 1st Tuesday of each month and North County meets 2nd Tuesday of each month. You can also contact Anita in the office.
Training—Supporting all of our volunteers
Our training classes are open to all volunteers. Join us for a specific session to brush up on a topic, or catch up on a subject area you missed during your original training.
Please RSVP with Brittany in the office so we know you are coming.
Recruit Your Friends
Do you have a friend or relative who would make a great EV? We are always looking for enthusiastic new volunteers to join the team. With more volunteers, we will be able to reach out to even more students in the bay area. So let anyone in the office know if there is someone you know who wants to learn more about becoming and EV.
